Delete your Basil account

You can permanently delete your Basil account and the information associated with it.

If you still have access to the Basil app, go to:

Follow the instructions and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Before deleting your account, download anything you wish to keep. Account deletion cannot be undone.

What is deleted?

Account deletion includes, where applicable:

• your Basil account and profile information;
• your Home and property information;
• saved home-management information;
• TA6 and TA10 drafts;
• uploaded photographs and documents;
• Property Library records;
• generated Sale Pack records and stored files; and
• other user-generated information associated with your account.

Some limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations. Temporary backups or technical logs may also persist for a limited period before being overwritten or deleted.

Don't have access to the app?

You can request deletion without reinstalling Basil.

Email goodlifehacked@gmail.com from, where possible, the email address associated with your Basil account and use the subject Basil Account Deletion Request.

Please provide the email address associated with your Basil account. We may need to verify that you are the account holder before processing the request.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Basil account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If applicable, please also cancel the subscription through the store through which it was purchased.
